If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions appear to be void, voidable or non-binding (b), these General Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect in all other respects.\u00a0<span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); text-transform: var( --e-global-typography-text-text-transform );\">Huurprijshulp<\/span> will and is entitled to replace any void, voidable or non-binding provision(s) with provisions that are not void, voidable or binding and that deviate as little as possible from the void, voidable or non-binding provision, given the purpose and intent of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of any agreement with\u00a0<span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); text-transform: var( --e-global-typography-text-text-transform );\">Huurprijshulp<\/span> also implies explicit agreement to all applicable terms and conditions and privacy statements, for perusal at www.huurprijshulp.nl and where they can be consulted, printed and saved.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8408534 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8408534\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Extended terms and conditions<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0cfba9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0cfba9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">1. Definitions<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c8b3ecb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c8b3ecb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1.1 Huurprijshulp: The general partnership Huurprijshulp, also trading -but not limited to- under the name Huurprijshulp, registered in the trade register under number 87338173, located in Amsterdam at Warmoesstraat 155, 1012JC.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 Claim: Legal relationship under which one, the claimant, is entitled to receive what the other, the debtor, is obliged to give to that one or to do or omit for that one.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 Client: The client of Huurprijshulp, also the tenant who has a Claim against a counterparty as a landlord, manager of the landlord or broker. The client can be any natural and\/or legal person who enters into a contract for services with Huurprijshulp.<\/p>\n<p>1.4 Contractor: Huurprijshulp.<\/p>\n<p>1.5 Other Party: The party to be addressed by Huurprijshulp and\/or on behalf of the Client(s) in a Claim or legal act, such as a lessor, broker or manager\/representative of the lessor.<\/p>\n<p>1.6 Right of withdrawal: The option of the Client(s) to waive the distance contract within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Some services are performed once. An example of such a service is, for example, a one-off advice or legal action. In principle, the right of withdrawal applies to such services when they are ordered remotely. This Right of Withdrawal also exists when a consumer\/Client(s) has agreed to the provision of the service or the commencement of the (customized) work within the reflection period. By signing the authorization\/contract for services, the consumer declares to agree to the immediate commencement of the work by Huurprijshulp. If, after signing the power of attorney\/contract for services, it still declares that it wishes to make use of the applicable reflection period, Huurprijshulp is obliged to charge the reasonable costs incurred for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>1.7 Working method: The work commences at the moment that the assignment for this has been granted by the Client(s) by signing the authorisation\/contract for services. Huurprijshulp will and can, at its own discretion, draw up and send letters, as well as try to cash in or collect the Claim in any other way, including by conducting negotiations with the landlord, manager\/representative of the landlord or broker and\/or committing all necessary legal acts. . If a Claim has not been settled in the extrajudicial process, Huurprijshulp will assess whether it wishes to start an amicable process. The amicable process includes drafting and sending demand letters, reminders, WOB requests, petitions, enforcement requests, notices of objection, etc. at one&#8217;s own discretion. Huurprijshulp expressly reserves the right to assess this and\/or to discontinue any action.<\/p>\n<p>1.8 Judicial Process: The judicial collection of the Claim by and\/or on behalf of Huurprijshulp, in its own name, its authorized representative(s) or in the name of the Client(s), including (but not limited to) drawing up a summons or petition and \/or conducting legal proceedings against the lessor, manager\/representative of the lessor or broker, conducting (settlement) negotiations, and reaching an amicable settlement with the lessor, manager\/representative of the lessor or broker. Huurprijshulp expressly reserves the right to assess this and\/or to discontinue any action.<\/p>\n<p>1.9 Rent tokens: The sum of the basic rent and the advance on the service costs.<\/p>\n<p>1.10 Basic rent: The price that is owed for the single use of the living space.<\/p>\n<p>1.11 Advance on the service costs: The compensation in connection with the supply of electricity, gas and water for consumption in the residential part of the leased property on the basis of an individual meter located in that part and the compensation for other goods and services supplied or not delivered in connection with the occupation of the living space.<\/p>\n<p>1.12 Assignment(s): Any procedure that Huurprijshulp conducts in response to the rental assistance started by the Client(s) on the contract for services concluded between the Client(s) and Huurprijshulp.<\/p>\n<p>1.13 Start of the Assignment: The moment that the agreement is created through an offer and acceptance by means of an agreement and\/or the payment of the start-up costs. The agreement runs for an indefinite period until the Assignment has been carried out.<\/p>\n<p>1.14 Procedure: An assignment that has been agreed by means of a commission agreement, whereby the activities are described in the commission agreement concluded between Huurprijshulp and the Client(s). Each procedure is a separate Assignment and is therefore a separate assignment agreement.<\/p>\n<p>1.15 End of the Assignment: The moment when the Assignment has been executed or when, Huurprijshulp and\/or Client(s) have terminated the Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>1.16 &#8221;No cure no pay&#8221;: a payment principle, whereby Huurprijshulp is only paid if it has actually performed the Assignment, with the exception of the premature termination of the assignment agreement by the Client(s).<\/p>\n<p>1.17 Diagnosis: A written report drawn up by Huurprijshulp, which advises on the rights of the Client(s).<\/p>\n<p>1.18 Difference: The actual reduction on the monthly rent.<\/p>\n<p>1.19 Success Fee: 20% on a claim that is assessable in cash, with a minimum of \u20ac50.<\/p>\n<p>1.20 Agreement: The assignment agreement concluded between the Client(s) and Huurprijshulp.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6799b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f6799b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">2. Applicability<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-82d40f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"82d40f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all services of the contractor for tenants, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. If one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially invalid, or are destroyed, the other provisions of these general terms and conditions will remain fully applicable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04fdd9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"04fdd9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">3. Nature of service<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1353737 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1353737\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>3.1 The work that Huurprijshulp for Client(s) is also referred to as legal assistance. This means that the Contractor attempts to recover the Client&#8217;s claim from the liable party. If it is deemed necessary to ask the judge for an opinion, Huurprijshulp will guide the transfer of the file to a lawyer or act as an authorized representative.<\/p><p>3.2 Huurprijshulp offers various services to obtain legal compensation, reduction of rent, compensation or compensation for undue payment, etc. on the basis of tenancy law and related laws and regulations.<\/p><p>3.3 If Huurprijshulp has accepted the procedure(s) on assignment, it will make reasonable efforts to cash in\/collect the claim, but it is explicitly stated that a decision to process the Claim or accept the Assignment does not lead to an obligation of result. or may or may not be interpreted as such. Huurprijshulp will, however, behave as a diligent service provider.<\/p><p>3.4 The Client(s) will be informed as much as possible about the options for realizing the Claim. However, no rights can be derived from the advice of Huurprijshulp. Huurprijshulp does not give any guarantees as to whether or not the realization of the Claim will be successful. Huurprijshulp will inform the Client(s) as well as possible about his rights via a Diagnosis. However, the Diagnosis does not give any guarantees and in no way leads to any liability on the part of Huurprijshulp. The information given is based on measurements taken at a particular time. Circumstances of the situation may change before, during and after this particular moment, as a result of which the rights of Client(s) at the time of sending the Diagnosis cannot be determined. The Diagnosis can therefore only be seen as an indication of the Claim.<\/p><p>3.5 Huurprijshulp can keep the Client(s) informed via WhatsApp about the progress of the realization of the Claim, in addition to e-mail or telephone. If there is no response about the progress of the realization of the Claim, the Client can and must report within 6 months after signing the contract for services to ascertain this progress. Huurprijshulp is not liable for any consequence of the Client&#8217;s failure to (regularly) read any messages.<\/p><p>3.6 Client(s) is obliged to immediately and without delay inform Huurprijshulp about the direct receipt of funds from the other party or its representative(s) and\/or any communication from or on behalf of the other party.<\/p><p>3.7 Huurprijshulp is at all times entitled \u2013 also without stating reasons \u2013 not to process the Assignment any further and\/or to discontinue the claim or collection of the Receivable at any time it deems it appropriate, regardless of the moment. This does not apply in the event that a promise to fulfill the Claim has been received by the other party or made known to Huurprijshulp or the Client(s). In that case, the Agreement ends after settlement of the Difference\/Success Fee. However, until the moment of a promise of any payment or the receipt thereof, Huurprijshulp is not (any longer) obliged to make any effort or legal act with regard to the Claim or Client(s).<\/p><p>3.8 Client(s) is at all times entitled to withdraw the Assignment, stating reasons. At that time, the client(s) is obliged to reimburse the (reasonable) costs already incurred.<\/p><p>3.9 Huurprijshulp will, among other things, charge these costs if it appears that the Client(s) have received any payment directly from a counterparty from the moment of signing the contract for services. See also article 9.7 of these General Terms and Conditions. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bb44e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9bb44e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>4.1 Client(s) has the legal option to waive the distance contract within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days from the moment of signing the contract for services.<\/p><p>4.2 From the moment that a contract for services is signed and\/or issued, the Client(s) expressly agree to the commencement of the work by Huurprijshulp. Huurprijshulp performs activities directly for the benefit of the Client(s), partly based on a legal interest such as a limitation or expiry period, etc. If Huurprijshulp completes the work within 14 days and realizes the Claim or has received an undertaking to do so, either itself or directly by the Client(s), the 14 days cooling-off period can no longer be appealed free of charge, but the difference Success fee due.<\/p><p>4.3 The Client(s) can dissolve the Agreement with Huurprijshulp during 14 days without stating reasons. Privacy<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80a78c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80a78c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>5.1 Huurprijshulp will treat the (personal) data of the Client(s) confidentially. The Client(s) grants Huurprijshulp unambiguous permission for the processing of the personal data provided by the Client(s) and their use in the context of the business of Huurprijshulp. The personal data of the Client(s) must be shared with the other party, (judicial or enforcement) authorities for the use of a Claim or legal act.<\/p><p>5.2 The Client(s) gives Huurprijshulp permission to provide the personal data to legal cooperation partners when necessary. The General Terms and Conditions also apply to the legal cooperation partners of Huurprijshulp or. Provision of information<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6bf83a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a6bf83a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>6.1 The Client(s) will ensure that all data which Huurprijshulp indicates that they are necessary or which the Client(s) understands or should understand to be necessary for the execution of the Assignment are provided to Huurprijshulp in a timely manner. Huurprijshulp will take due care in this regard and will consult with the Client(s) in advance as much as possible. Huurprijshulp is not liable for any shortcomings on the part of this third party. Huurprijshulp is entitled to accept any liability limitations of third parties on behalf of the Client(s).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6571c23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6571c23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">8. Liability<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eef43a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eef43a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>8.1 Huurprijshulp is not liable for damage caused by Huurprijshulp based on incorrect and\/or incomplete information provided by or on behalf of the Client(s). Huurprijshulp is not liable for damage arising from a legal act or factual act committed by one of the parties or a third party in violation of the law, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Huurprijshulp.<\/p><p>8.2 After entering into the Agreement and during the entire claim process, the Client(s) will refrain from substantive matters that could damage the proceedings, without communicating Huurprijshulp (directly or via third parties) with the lessor, manager\/representative of the lessor or broker, unless this has been expressly agreed in writing with Huurprijshulp. Huurprijshulp is not liable for possible damage or loss of a claim and\/or the right to (further) (damage) compensation and\/or compensation that is the result of the Client&#8217;s own actions towards the lessor, manager\/representative from landlord or broker.<\/p><p>8.3 Huurprijshulp has a best efforts obligation to investigate the Claim of the Client(s). The Cost<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a8e5f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a8e5f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>9.1 The contract for services between the Client(s) and Huurprijshulp is based on &#8216;no cure no pay&#8217;, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p><p>9.2 If the Order regarding a reduction of the monthly rent payments is carried out on account of anything, Client(s) will owe\u00a0<span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); text-transform: var( --e-global-typography-text-text-transform );\">Huurprijshulp<\/span> twice the Difference.<\/p><p>9.3 When the Assignment in respect of a claim assessable in money &#8211; to obtain legal damages, compensation or undue payment pursuant to a legal relationship between Client(s) and its landlord, its manager\/agent or real estate agent &#8211; has been carried out, Client(s) shall owe Rent Price Help the Success Fee of 30% on the claim.<\/p><p>9.4 Both the Difference and the Success Fee can be charged together without delay. An agreement between the Client(s) and its counterparty that is disproportionate to the financial benefit corresponding to the original Assignment, which has been communicated to the Client(s) via a Diagnosis, whereby the Client(s) opts for an amicable settlement whereby the Client(s) e) enjoys a lower financial advantage than the Client(s) was originally entitled to, is regarded as &#8221;not any financial advantage&#8221;. The compensation is based on billable hours within the meaning of art. 9.7 of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p><p>9.7 When it has been agreed that Huurprijshulp works on the basis of hours or within the meaning of art. 9.4 and 9.6 General Terms and Conditions, an invoice is made on the basis of the time spent multiplied by the hourly rate determined by Huurprijshulp. The hourly rate is \u20ac100 excluding VAT. Huurprijshulp has the right to change the hourly rate periodically.<\/p><p>9.8 Huurprijshulp is at all times authorized to request payment of an extra advance in connection with work to be performed or to cover the costs of third parties to be engaged by Huurprijshulp. Huurprijshulp is authorized to start the work only after the advance requested by De Huurprijshulp has been paid by the Client(s). Commencement<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-823d0c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"823d0c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>11.1 The contract for services commences at the moment that the Client(s) gives the Instruction for Huurprijshulp.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e88e03b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e88e03b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">13. Payment in installments <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-572db5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"572db5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>12.1 The contract for services is executed at the moment that a Claim or a reduction in the Rental Fees becomes due and payable. This can be done by means of a decision, settlement agreement or agreement between the Client(s) and its counterparty.<\/p><p>12.2 Payment of the costs of legal assistance must be made within 14 days of the invoice\/payment request date. If the Client(s) fails to make timely payment, the Client(s) will be in default by operation of law. In the event the Client(s) is in default, then the Client(s) shall owe Huurprijshulp extrajudicial costs, whereby the following shall apply: <br>&#8211; Insofar as Client(s) are not acting in the exercise of a profession or business, Huurprijshulp shall be entitled to an amount equal to the maximum compensation allowed by law in respect of extrajudicial collection costs, as stipulated in the Besluit vergoeding voor buitengerechtelijke Incassokosten (Decree on compensation for extrajudicial collection costs), insofar as the outstanding amount &#8211; after the default has occurred &#8211; is not yet paid by Client(s) after a demand for payment within 20 days counting from the day following the day of the demand.  <br>\u2022 Insofar as the Client(s) act in the exercise of a profession or business, in the event of default, in deviation from Article 6:96 paragraph 4 of the Dutch Civil Code and in deviation from the Decree on compensation for extrajudicial collection costs, the Client(s) will owe an interest of 2 % per month, unless the statutory interest is higher, in which case the Client(s) owe statutory interest. The interest is calculated from the moment that the Client(s) is in default, until the moment of payment of the full amount owed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e285e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3e285e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">14. Order Confirmation <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4653899 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4653899\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>14.1 By signing the Agreement(s), the Client(s) authorizes Huurprijshulp to represent the Client(s) in its interests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ce0d62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1ce0d62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">15. Force Majeure <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55bb73f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55bb73f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>15.1 Huurprijshulp is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the Client(s) if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure or a circumstance that is not due to its fault, nor which pursuant to the law, legal act or generally accepted standards is at her expense. Force majeure is in any case understood to mean: all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, on which Huurprijshulp cannot or could not (reasonably) exert any influence, as a result of which Huurprijshulp is unable to fulfill its obligations towards the Client(s). Expiration Period <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-894ad80 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"894ad80\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>16.1 The due date of all Claims on or against Huurprijshulp and\/or its affiliated companies and\/or third parties involved in the execution of an Agreement is one (1) year and one day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-932cdb4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"932cdb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">17. Archiving <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a070813 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a070813\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>17.1 Files closed by Huurprijshulp are kept for 5 years. Thereafter, the file and the documents contained therein will be destroyed without further notice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef7c491 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ef7c491\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">18.
